Wolfgang Pavel: Zuse Z22 (wpavel.de)
The Z22 computer, or Z22 for short, was a computer designed from 1955 by the physicist Lorenz Hanewinkel and built for Zuse KG. It was the first tube computer from West Germany.
Siemens T100 teleprinters with attached 5-channel punched tape reader and punch were used as a combined input/output device.
The coding of the data on the punched tape was based on CCITT-2.
